July 2026. imagiNorthern has incorporated as an independent northern-led non-profit. The Founding Board includes Andrea Stephens (Thompson), Roy Mexted (Churchill), and Crystal Kolt and Carrie Hume (Flin Flon).
Immediate focus: finish the transition, build membership, and recruit Regional Champions to support artists, makers, cultural workers, organizations, and communities across Northern Manitoba.
May 2026. Following the 2026 Governance Summit in Flin Flon, the community-ratified governance model, Strategic Action Plan, and Transition Plan guide the next steps — with ongoing support from Inga Petri of Strategic Moves.
